The Negotiation Pedagogy Annotated Bibliography is a comprehensive collection of references to published books, articles, and chapters directly related to the teaching of negotiation, mediation, and related subjects. Created in the RefWorks® database, the bibliography includes more than 200 references and is searchable by author, descriptor, or periodical title (see the drop-down list under “Search” in the upper left corner) as well as by user-generated terms (see the “Search RefShare” box in the upper right).
The default view for the bibliography references is “Standard View” which displays title, author, source, and date. Other viewing options are “One line/Cite view,” which displays author, date, and title only, and “Full view,” which displays abstracts and descriptors as well as other additional information. Use the dropdown list near the top of the page to switch from Standard view to One line / Cite view or Full view.
While the Negotiation Pedagogy Annotated Bibliography is not editable by users, every effort is made to keep it up-to-date. Suggestions for additional entries are welcome, and may be e-mailed to Michael Graskemper at mgraskemper@law.harvard.edu.
