Online Programs

In addition to our in-person programs, we’re pleased to offer a diverse portfolio of online programs, including two semester-long seminars—Mediation and Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution—and several one-day, online-only PON Expert (PONx) programs. Designed to address specialized negotiation challenges, PONx sessions focus on timely topics, including overcoming psychological barriers, navigating complex business deals, and leveraging emotions in negotiations—all taught by expert PON faculty. Our newest two-day program, Negotiation Essentials Online (NEO), launched in January 2023. It has been very positively received and we will be running more NEO programs this year.
