Payment Policy
The Teaching Negotiation Resource Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, authorized purchase orders and checks or money orders in U.S. funds. All orders must be prepaid. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please contact the Teaching Negotiation Resource Center at tnrc@law.harvard.edu or 800-258-4406 to determine the total cost of your order, including shipping and handling charges. Orders are normally shipped via trackable U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, but can be shipped via another method upon request.
Review Policy
If you would like to review a role simulation before purchasing copies, you may download a review copy of the full Teacher’s Package by clicking the button that reads “Download a free review copy of this simulation.” (Please note that you will first need to create a free Teaching Negotiation Resource Center account and log into your account). If the free download button is not available for a particular simulation, or if you prefer not to create or log into your account, you may request an electronic review copy by contacting the Teaching Negotiation Resource Center at tnrc@law.harvard.edu or 800-258-4406. A watermarked review copy will be e-mailed to you free of charge. Every Teacher’s Package contains copies of all participant instructions, and some Teacher’s Packages also include instructor notes. There are no provisions for reviewing books or videos prior to purchase.
Return Policy
If the material that you receive is defective, or is not the material that you ordered, you may either return the material for a full refund or you may request that replacement materials be shipped to you at no extra charge.
No returns or refunds are accepted on role simulations unless they are defective or not the material ordered.
Pricing Policy
PON-developed teaching materials are priced as low as possible in order to make (a) them affordable for widespread use; and (b) allow the Teaching Negotiation Resource Center to cover its operating expenses. Any revenue that exceeds out-of-pocket expenses is re-invested in the development and distribution of new teaching materials.
The Teaching Negotiation Resource Center makes every effort to keep the costs of materials down. Our goal is for people to use these materials to improve their learning and teaching about negotiation (and in turn, to help us improve our materials), not to make money. We welcome your questions and suggestions about the pricing of Teaching Negotiation Resource Center materials.
Video Use Policy
Videos are available via digital download only. Videos are intended for in-course use only, and may not be posted online for wider distribution. If you have an older version of a video in DVD or VHS form, and wish to acquire a digital copy, you will need to purchase the downloadable version of the video.
