Susan has served as a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Peace and Conflict Resolution and currently serves as Director of the newly established Sacred Lands Project in the MIT-Harvard Public Disputes Program. Susan is author of Civic Fusion: Mediating Polarized Public Disputes and The Chelsea Story: How a Corrupt City Re-Generated its Democracy. She holds degrees from University of Pennsylvania and MIT.
