Join us for a celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the publication of A Behavioral Theory of Labor Negotiations, by Richard E. Walton and Robert B. McKersie. The symposium will include discussions examining the evolution and impact of concepts and practices introduced in this landmark text, and a response by Professors McKersie and Walton.  A reception will follow at the conclusion of the symposium.
