Our Prison Neighbors: Save or Throw away?

The mission of Our Prison Neighbors is to recruit, support and expand the role of volunteers in Massachusetts’ prisons. The volunteers provide prisioners with educational, social and spiritual programs and are also advocates for sentencing reform and other criminal justice issues. Our Prison Neighbors programs include Alternatives to Violence Project Workshops, Emotional Awareness courses of the National Emotional Literacy Project, financial literacy skills, book discussion groups and parenting groups.
