This event will be held from 12 pm to 4:15 pm on November 10, and a reception will follow the last panel. PON is excited to co-sponsor an afternoon of discussion among the ADR community about using the lessons from dispute systems design to “nudge” the legal profession to increase equality.

The symposium schedule will include the following panels:

12-1 pm: Keynote: Craig Silliman, General Counsel of Verizon

1-2 pm: Assessment and Design: Identifying Hurdles to Equality
Featuring: Ronit Dinovitzer, Anne Weisberg, and Alan Bryan

2:15-3:15 pm: Implementing Change: “Nudging” The Legal Profession
Featuring: Laura Acosta, Natalie Pierce, and Paola Cecchi-Dimeglio

3:15-4:15 pm: Achieving Equality: Making Steps to Change
Featuring: Melanie Heller, Audrey Lee, and Linda Chanow

Lunch will be served during the Keynote, with snacks served from 2-2:15 pm.
