  • Thank you for sharing this valuable information. Finding a mediator is a difficult task. Especially in an environment in which mediation is not well established. On top of this: two people who are in disupte need to agree on a person to mediate their conflict. Not easy too. However, if they succseed they have allready performed a first step – in agreeing on something dispite beeing in disupte. Best regards.
