It is common and understandable to feel deflated at a time of crisis. But in these difficult situations, it can be important to embrace our inner rebel and help others do the same. At a recent virtual event hosted by the Program on Negotiation (PON), Francesca Gino, the Tandon Family Professor of Business Administration, Negotiation, Organizations and Markets Unit at Harvard Business School, discussed strategies we can all use to embrace constructive rebelliousness in our work and life, and how to become more adaptive and innovative at a time of change.
