Video Negotiation

The founders of the Program on Negotiation often recall the early days of the field, when negotiation and conflict resolution were just beginning to take shape as shared areas of study. Scholars from law, business, psychology, anthropology, economics, and public policy gathered around a common table, comparing research and trading insights. Their goal was a practical one: to better understand how people could navigate conflict more constructively, solve increasingly complex problems, craft agreements that endure, and preserve relationships along the way. By bringing these diverse perspectives together, they helped lay the groundwork for a field that continues to grow, evolve, and guide negotiators around the world today.
