In March 2011, Professor James Sebenius, Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, led a negotiation workshop for Jewish and Arab high school students in Tel Aviv, as part of a pilot program co-sponsored by the Program on Negotiation, with support from the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv. This innovative program offered three intensive two-day workshops for sixteen year old students, drawn from local Jewish and Arab high schools. In total, 180 students had the opportunity to learn conflict resolution and negotiation skills from experts in the field, while also practicing English and making new friendships.

In this video, Professor Sebenius and students from the Tel Aviv workshop reflect on their experience.
