Program on Negotiation associate and researcher Paola Cecchi Dimeglio, a postdoctoral research fellow at the Harvard Negotiation Research Project, was the editor for a comprehensive, interdisciplinary guide to dispute resolution that combines negotiation research written in both French and English.

Cecchi Dimeglio’s “Interdisciplinary Handbook of Dispute Resolution,” published by Larcier, is currently available in the Program on Negotiation’s Teaching Negotiation Resource Center. The book features over 50 different authors who are thought leaders and practitioners in the field of dispute resolution.

The essays reflect a myriad of academic disciplines and examine the relationship between the theory of alternative dispute resolution and its practice.

Cecchi Dimeglio’s areas of research include the role of lawyers and the evolution of the legal profession in the 21st century and the impact of gender, culture and organizational behavior on international strategic alliances.
