PON Visiting Scholar Peter Tochtermann will report on the latest experiences in Florida, one of the states with the most advanced court-annexed mediation system in the U.S. Peter will explore whether the structures found in the U.S. can serve as a model for Germany, where mediation is about to be implemented into the court system.
