About the talk:
Getting Back to the Table explores the challenges of setbacks and failures in negotiation. It identifies various types of failures, such as miscommunication and emotional responses, and offers practical coping strategies and ways to build resilience.
At this talk, Weiss will present a user-friendly framework to help confidently return to the negotiation table after a setback. This framework emphasizes adaptability, perseverance, and strategic planning, encouraging a mindset that views failures as opportunities for growth. Ultimately, the book highlights the importance of resilience in transforming setbacks into valuable learning experiences for more successful negotiations in the future.
The book is available for pre-order on Amazon here.
