Please join us for a discussion with Maurice Manning, President of the Human Rights Commission of Ireland. Mr. Manning was the leader of the Irish Senate and is a renowned political commentator. His major academic work focuses on the rise (and fall) of the Fascist movement in Ireland in the 1930s.
