    The Economic stimulus packages being injected the world over have created spiked industries, thus widening the gaps between the have and have nots. Where the pressure from the have nots is evident, the expectations on the stimulated industries from upper management are enormous and creating more and more emotionally challenging experiences. The way in which director level and management handle both of these people is just as important and interesting situation to be stuck with.
