About the Talk:
In this webinar, Leslie John, James E. Burke Professor at Harvard Business School, will share insights from her new book REVEALING: The Underrated Power of Oversharing. Drawing on over a decade of research, John provides a roadmap for making smarter, bolder, and ultimately more satisfying decisions about how much to share about ourselves and why. She’ll show why disclosure is not a fixed personality trait but a learnable skill—and offer practical tools for deciding what to share, when, and how.
This session will feature research-backed strategies for:
- Building trust more quickly
- Handling sensitive conversations with confidence
- Inspiring teams through authentic leadership
- Negotiating with greater clarity and impact
Sometimes the most strategic move isn’t holding your cards closer. It’s choosing which ones to turn face up.
