Billy Fairfield is a Program Delivery Associate for the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. He works with the Program Delivery team on courses such as Negotiation & Leadership and PONX. Billy also works closely to coordinate PON Live! and The Herbert C. Kelman Seminar Series events.

Prior to joining PON, Billy has spent time in a diverse range of academic and professional fields. Most recently, Billy was the Distribution Manager at Siena Farms, an organic produce farm that is an integral piece of the sustainable food ecosystem in the Greater Boston area. Billy holds an M.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and currently serves as a Logistics Readiness Officer in the Air Force Reserve.
