Michael “Ray” Cheney is a Program Associate for the Program on Negotiation (PON), where he supports faculty and participant needs for the in-person and online programs that the PON offers. Prior to joining the PON, he worked in the admissions department at Aware Recovery Care, where he cultivated his empathy and professionalism towards clients and staff alike, culminating in receiving the “Serving Leader of the Month Award” for the Massachusetts Agency. Prior to this, he received his B.A. in Psychology and English from Keene State College.
