Kristen Zapata is Senior Manager for Program Delivery at the Program on Negotiation. Her portfolio includes the management of blended, virtual and in-person executive education programs. Kristen comes to PON with over a decade of experience in higher education with a focus in operations and project management. Kristen has an undergraduate degree from Boston College and received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College.
