About: Kathy Thorne
Kathy Thorne is the Customer Service Lead for the Program On Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School. She joined PON in 2006 initially overseeing Negotiation Briefings and today she oversees candidate inquiries and information, tracks customer interactions, and analyzes data to improve relationships and drive engagement for all PON courses.
With over thirty years in management and publishing, Kathy has led specialized information products across diverse, complex industries—from space-investment research to natural-gas market intelligence and published a national biweekly newsletter for mass-mailing professionals. Her deep strengths in content strategy, stakeholder communication, and industry analysis now directly enhance her ability to support and engage PON’s global audience.
