Corey Barr is Senior Manager for Program Delivery at the Program on Negotiation. Her portfolio includes the management of blended, virtual, and in-person executive education programs. Corey brings more than 12 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and program management, with a focus on human rights, gender, humanitarian affairs, and adult learning. Prior to joining PON, she led global education initiatives for international organizations and civil society partners, developing online and blended learning programs, facilitator guides, and training toolkits that translate complex policy and legal frameworks into accessible, action-oriented learning experiences. She holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College.
