Please join Professor Guhan Subramanian for the second PON Fireside Chat, a new series that provides students with an opportunity to meet cutting-edge negotiation faculty. Professor Subramanian will discuss his experiences in the field of dispute resolution, and his current research on corporate dealmaking and governance. 

Guhan Subramanian is the Joseph Flom Professor of Law and Business at Harvard Law School, where he teaches courses on negotiation and corporate law. He is the Acting Co-Chair of the executive committee of the Program on Negotiation and the faculty head for the JD/MBA program at Harvard University.

Before joining the Harvard Law School faculty, he spent three years on the faculty at the Harvard Business School, where he was the co-course head of the first-year required course on negotiations and taught a second-year elective on business law. He also spent three years at McKinsey & Company in their New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. offices.  Professor Subramanian holds an A.B. in Economics (magna cum laude) from Harvard College, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa; an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School; and a J.D. from Harvard Law School (magna cum laude), where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and a winner of the Ames Moot Court Competition.
