Beal Assistant Clinical Professor of Law, is the Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program and the lead instructor for Harvard Law School’s Spring Negotiation Workshop. He also teaches several other research courses on dispute resolution, leadership, and dispute systems design.
