The Program on Negotiation and the Harvard Negotiation Law Review continue their film series in conjunction with the Washington, D.C. organization, Search for Common Ground. The second film, Long Night's Journey into Day, documents four cases before South Africa's Truth and Reconciliation Committee (TRC).

By negotiating amnesty for truth, the TRC's unprecedented approach promotes reconciliation and helps many to bind the wounds of apartheid. Each of the four cases raises different moral questions of justice, conflict resolution, and forgiveness.

The film will be presented on Wednesday, November 7, at 7 p.m. in Pound 102. Professor Martha Minow will lead a discussion afterwards. All are welcome to attend.
