Make Us Your Home Page

Internet Explorer

To set us as your homepage in Internet Explorer 6 or later:

  • Open the “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options…”
  • On the “General” tab, you should see a section marked “Home Page” that allows you to enter a URL.
  • In this box, enter http://www.pon.harvard.edu/
  • Click “OK” at the bottom of this window.

Firefox 2.x

To set us as your homepage in Firefox:

  • Open the “Tools” menu and selection “Options…”
  • Select the “Main” tab.
  • In the box labeled “Home Page”, enter http://www.pon.harvard.edu/
  • Click “OK” at the bottom of this window.

Safari

To set us as your homepage in Safari:

  • Open the “Safari” menu and select “Preferences…”
  • Choose the General tab.
  • In the box marked “Home Page” enter http://www.pon.harvard.edu/
  • Click “OK” to save your changes.

Preparing for Negotiation

Understanding how to arrange the meeting space is a key aspect of preparing for negotiation.  In this video, Professor Guhan Subramanian discusses a real world example of how seating arrangements can influence a negotiator’s success.  This discussion was held at the 3 day executive education workshop for senior executives at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
