Mediator Training Curriculum
The 30 hour training curriculum below was developed by Elizabeth Tippett in 2000 for the Conflict Resource Center, a mediation program at Harvard College devoted primarily to mediating roommate conflicts among students.

The curriculum draws from HNP's theory-building, the Harvard Mediation Program training model, and the University of Michigan mediation service. The role simulations were created specifically for this program.
