What programs does PON organize?

PON organizes a number of programs throughout the year, including:

  • The Dispute Resolution Forum, a monthly practitioner-oriented event including guest speakers and discussion. Please see the Dispute Resolution Forum web page for more information.
  • The PON Film Series, a regular showing of feature and documentary films related to negotiation and dispute resolution, followed by a guided discussion. Film Series events are posted on the PON home page.
  • The Great Negotiator Award program, presented each year to an individual whose lifetime achievements in the field of negotiation and dispute resolution have had a significant and lasting impact. Most Great Negotiator program events are by invitation only, but the panel discussions and award ceremonies are typically available by webcast through the PON site. In addition, case studies and other teaching materials regarding PON's Great Negotiators are available through the PON Clearinghouse at www.pon.org.
  • Various speaker events, seminars, and brown bag lunches, are posted on the PON home page.

How can I be informed of upcoming PON events?

Upcoming events are generally posted on the PON home page. You can receive notice of PON-sponsored conflict resolution events through PON's email list. Subscribe to this list through the PON website by filling out our contact form or by sending a request to Rob Bosso at rbosso@law.harvard.edu.

Can I read transcripts or view webcasts of PON events?

A number of PON events are made available to the public in the form of webcasts and/or transcriptions. If these resources are available for a given event, they will be linked to from the web page describing the event. Please note that these resources may not be available immediately. If a webcast or transcription is planned, this will be noted on the web page describing the event.
