The Program on Negotiation develops, publishes, and distributes teaching materials relating to negotiation education. PON provides a comprehensive selection of negotiation exercises, videotapes, case studies, teaching notes, course syllabi, texts, and other publications for teachers and trainers.
PON's simulation exercises, which characterize the Program's teaching style, are frequently based on real cases and range in complexity from two-party, single-issue negotiations to elaborate situations involving multiple parties and issues. PON faculty contributed most of the 200 simulations, which have been extensively "field tested" in their classes at MIT, Harvard, Tufts, and other universities as well as in PON's executive training programs.
