Faculty

Faculty for PON Seminars is drawn from the Program on Negotiation community of ADR scholars and practitioners. Selected for their expertise, scholarship and proven teaching ability, PON Seminar instructors utilize a wide range of innovative teaching techniques. Each semester is enlivened by distinguished guest lectures from PON's consortium universities and from the world of practice. The faculty for 2007-2008 includes:

David Seibel is a conflict management consultant in the fields of mediation, negotiation and communication. He received his J.D. at Harvard Law School where he served as President of the Harvard Mediation Program. As co-founder of Insight Partners Inc., David provides mediation and negotiation training world-wide. He mediates a wide range of private disputes and specializes in family and business contexts.


Gillien Todd is a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School, where she received her J.D. At HLS, she teaches the negotiation workshop for law students and continuing education courses for attorneys and other professionals. In addition, as a consultant, she works with individuals, groups and organizations as a mediator, facilitator, and negotiation trainer.


Brooke Clayton is a conflict management consultant at Insight Partners and received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She has worked with financial services organizations and corporate clients throughout Asia, Europe, and North America, as well as non-profit clients and community action groups in South America and West Africa.


Emily Epstein is a mediator, facilitator and negotiation and trainer with Insight Partners. She is also an adjunct professor at the Georgetown University Law Center, where she received her J.D. Emily has worked extensively with non-profit organizations, individuals, universities, and corporations in the fields of finance, law, insurance, medicine, construction, scientific research, education, and real estate.
