
Guhan Subramanian
Joseph Flom Professor of Law and Business
Guhan Subramanian teaches courses on Negotiation and Corporate Law at the Harvard Law School. Before joining the HLS faculty, he spent three years on the faculty at the Harvard Business School, where he was the co-course head for the first-year required course on Negotiations and taught a second-year elective on business law. His research interests are in the areas of corporate dealmaking, corporate governance, and corporate law. He has published articles on these topics in The Stanford Law Review, The Yale Law Journal, The Journal of Corporation Law, and The University of Pennsylvania Law Review, among other places. He holds undergraduate, law, and business degrees from Harvard University.
