OverviewThe Program on Negotiation's Dispute Resolution Forum (DRF) is an exciting place to gain new knowledge and to share information with colleagues in the field. The practitioner-oriented DRF is attended by alternative dispute resolution (ADR) professionals from Boston and the surrounding area, as well as scholars and graduate students. Dispute Resolution Forums are free and open to the public. DRFs are held at Harvard Law School generally on the third Wednesday of each month during the fall and spring semesters. The program opens at 8:00 AM with a continental breakfast. The session takes place from 8:30 to 10:00 AM and includes a presentation by a guest speaker(s) and a period for questions and commentary. The list of sessions shows the topics of upcoming and past presentations. The Dispute Resolution Forum is a venue in which PON's commitment to improving the theory and practice of negotiation and conflict resolution is invigorated by the ideas and experiences of practitioners. DRF activities also bring cutting-edge work of ADR scholars to the attention of practitioners. Most importantly, the DRF provides an opportunity for members to trade information, compare experiences, and gain new perspectives. To join the DRF e-mail list, contact PON at pon@law.harvard.edu. |
