    It is very good to have a negotiation class to record lessons and set strategies to have an organized negotiation. But negotiation is always flexible based on situation. For example US negotiation with North Korea is different from US or UN negotiation with Iran, Negotiation between Syria and its rebel is different from negotiation between Palestine and Israel. Negotiation is a bargaining. If each side tries to win more interests than another, it will not reach the agreement. So both sides should soften their stance and stand on the middle way that can reach the agreement. Nhem Cheabunly Reply
