“The class — of which the objective is to develop the next generation of master negotiators — is structured so the first week is spent developing the new skills needed to become a multi-party negotiator (enhancing the work done in the pre-requisite fall or spring semester Introduction to Negotiation Analysis class) through intense simulations and personality testing. In the second week, the focus shifts to the skills needed to facilitate extremely complex policy disputes, such as those in the Middle East.”
