    I agree, emailing can be very cold and lacks substance. This is something online retailers face every day. It's important to always "Thank the customer" for contacting you and always end in a polite remark, "Thanks for your business, we hope you visit us again." There are also sites such as Squidoo.com that allow you to write about a product. The design of the site is very warm and fuzy and makes the reader feel at home. Reply

    You should always go into a negotiation knowing your best alternative to a negotiated agreement or BATNA. Once I learned that it has helped in many situations. Reply
