The seminar on “Negotiating Labor Agreements,” formerly co-sponsored by the Program on Negotiation, provides union and management leaders, attorneys, and others with leading-edge tools and methods to achieve better collective bargaining outcomes for all parties.  Anchored in principles from the book, Strategic Negotiations, the seminar is currently co-sponsored by MIT’s Institute for Work and Labor Research, the University of Illinois’ School of Labor and Employment Relations, and Harvard Law School’s Labor and Worklife Program.
